File Adjustment Scheme 2026 | Eligibility & Adjustment Details
DHA Quetta has announced the file categories and adjustment values applicable under the File Adjustment Scheme 2026 for eligible file holders.
The scheme covers 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal (2nd Ballot & USF) files, with specific adjustment values applicable to each category.
The facility allows eligible files to be adjusted against Development Charges, Plot Price, and LPS, subject to the applicable scheme parameters and conditions.
The scheme is valid from 10 September to 10 October 2026. Eligible file holders are advised to review the applicable category and adjustment details before proceeding.
