DHA Quetta achieved a remarkable milestone at the 21st International Property Show (IPS 2025) in Dubai, successfully showcasing Quetta's burgeoning real estate potential to a diverse global audience comprising 30,720 visitors from 174 countries. During the exhibition, DHA Quetta presented an extensive array of investment opportunities, including Early Bird Sectors featuring 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal plots, Residential plots (1 Kanal and 10 Marla) offering prime locations for bespoke homes, ,Commercial plots (1 Kanal, 8 Marla, and 4 Marla) catering to diverse business needs providing lucrative investment prospects. At IPS 2025, DHA Quetta formalized landmark Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with esteemed partners such as Hamad Bin Khalifa Department of Projects (HBK DOP), marking a historic collaboration aimed at catapulting Quetta's real estate sector to unprecedented heights, with projects featuring luxurious residential units of 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 2 Kanal villas and townhouses. Another MoU signed with YAS Properties, for the development of 500 residential units, further solidifying DHA Quetta's commitment to providing high-quality housing solutions.
